wishes for fishes

right now i'm wishing for a bunch of things...but, well, if wishes were fishes i'd live in the sea. ;) most of all i just wish that azerian would be sent back to me. i've been trying to get him sent back for a bit now and...nothing yet. i'd love to have him home and to be able to just move on with him. i've a bunch of other dolls to work on but haven't had the time when motivated. thinking about it just now, i've not really done much of anything with working on the new ones since sending him off. :(

if i were able to get him home, i'd have to concentrate on getting him a body, then good hair and an outfit. right now i'd be getting him the type 3 delf boy body. i have a wig for him, but it isn't so great...so i'm thinking maybe this would be good for him:

*sigh* i am waiting on a head to arrive though! i purchased a head from a friend and she will be shipping it out to me this week. :) yay! new doll! (well...will still need to get her a body...but yeah...still exciting!

yeah...title makes no sense on purpose. so what? today has been one of those days. i know i haven't blogged in a while, but it's not like it matters all that much as maybe - maybe - only one or two people ever look at this thing other than me.

the grey lady

i did a photoshoot on thanksgiving with idyllwylde up at the park and am just getting around to editing and posting photos today. yeah...still have to edit photos from yesterday's meet-up, too. maybe i'll post a few of those here as well. i wish it had snowed some more than it did so i could take the girls out for a wintery photo shoot, but alas, it did not. kinda hoping it snows enough that they shut down the city this week or that there's enough around this next weekend (which there may be as they are saying right now that there's supposed to be more snow...but this is the pnw...so we'll see...stupid weather never being predictable...).

i can has shipping?

yes i can! :D soooo happy that luts finally posted a tracking number for my package. no more worrying that they're going to take until next week to ship everything out. what does this mean? it means shoes! glorious shoes! mauahahahahahahhaahahahahhaha! *dies* X(

*cough* ahem...so...yeah...shoes for ks, shoes for me...other stuffs for me... XD and i'm so happy that it'll be here in time for the meet on the 25th.

park portraiture

so i took idyllwylde to one of the nearby parks for a stroll on saturday. we viewed the koi, met some curious people, were serenaded by a nice old man, and watched the sunset. oh, and i took lots of pictures! :) enjoy!

borrowed bits of bliss

so i got a fairyland nanuri 08 head. there was a little bit of a saga to her arrival...she arrived before i thought she was going to, so i missed picking her up from the building managers on the evening of the 21st after she arrived. then they were out all day friday, plus saturday is their usual day off. i had hoped to have her and be able to give her a face up before the meet on the 23rd, but it wasn't to be. i was finally able to pick her up on sunday and have had her on persephone's body pretty much ever since as i did a comparison shoot for my fellow nanu 08 fans at doa. i finally gave her a face up today (well...yesterday technically...) and am head over heels despite my horrid abilities. currently she has no lower lashes or eyebrows since i can't do either without it being a mess. i need to order some upper eyelashes for her, too. and a wig. and maybe eyes. and definitely a body. *sigh* so much to do. :|
