four years and seven months...

after this much time and two previous tries, it has finally happened. everything has fallen into place and azerian is finally compete. or, well, nearly...he still needs to be painted, but we all know how that went...so now all i have to do is clean up his head and paint him. after this much time i'm hoping that most of the yellowing is the old style msc i sprayed him with ages ago...but i kinda doubt it. i've no idea if he was cleaned up during his adventure to england or not...or what else may have occurred. if it is all or mostly him, i'll be trying to lighten him a little. can't wait until his body mellows some! i'm loving the f60 body, though, and am so happy to have it for him. it is the body i wanted for him all along. now to go buy more dollheart for him...

been a long time

so i've been busy the past few months...missed a month of posting anything here for the first time in a long while. but, well, con and then uncanny dream took over my life. now life is just being blah...lots to do, little motivation. XD

three years, one week, and one day

so, my fullset feeple65 roke dragon knight arrived tuesday. finally! i ended up meeting up with kireix and making a mad dash across the hill after work to see if i could free him from the postal overlords holding him hostage and was successful! yay!

cold night, warm arrival

so my autumn 2010 event order arrived from dde on monday! what better way to spend a chilly evening than opening up a box full of yummy resin? ^_^

yeah...title makes no sense on purpose. so what? today has been one of those days. i know i haven't blogged in a while, but it's not like it matters all that much as maybe - maybe - only one or two people ever look at this thing other than me.

it's been a while...

so it's been a while since i last put anything here. i've been kinda busy and then lazy when i'm not. hmm...let's see...i need to put up a year one photo as february 21 marked one year since winter and azerian arrived. at the moment, azerian is off to england for a faceup, i've finally got eyes for him, and his body shipped out just after midnight my time from fairyland. i'm very VERY excited to see him coming together. :) along with his body will be arriving a dreaming vamp moon head and a 2008 juri head. neither has a name and i'm pretty sure the juri will be the companion to my heliot. also, chester's body will be home soon as well as it shipped out to bunnie in the last week as well.

an observance or two...

people are retarded.

today has been a horrible day. the culmination of a stressed out weekend.

it's really wonderful when people don't know how to do things that they should have learned how to do in high school at the least. things that i learned in elementary school. things that aren't really all that hard to understand. things that i shouldn't get a response of "it's the same thing" when it really isn't.

it's been quite some time since i had the chance to take pictures of persephone - in no small part because i've been using her body for idyllwylde the past several months. i think that she's so happy to be back on her body that she doesn't even mind that she had to wear a frilly dress...hope you all enjoy! :)

my life = random and weird and not too happy right now. i'm suffering from "the rut" syndrome. kinda feel like everyone is moving and i'm standing still or moving so slowly it doesn't matter. life's too complicated even in it's simplicity these days...i just don't want to be an adult anymore.

last quarter brings the arrival of a dream

so i've wanted a juri '06 since they came out and, a few weeks ago, i was presented with the chance to adopt a beautiful girl from the marketplace on doa. she arrived home on the 28th and has captured my heart. i was a little worried before she arrived because i was questioning if i really loved the sculpt enough to enjoy having her. yeah, glad it was only 2nd thought nerves! :D

funny thing...i'd missed getting one that would have had a body that was made at the same time as the head and would have matched, plus it was blank and there would have been a lishe head as well (with faceup). and just earlier the very evening that my juri went up for sale, i'd been seriously debating getting a head with a custom faceup for a few hundred. but i just couldn't bring myself to do so. then she pops up. she was up about an hour by the time that i saw her. i debated all of a few minutes, was totally squealing over her, and status didn't help at all...that jerk. ;P

full moons bring new things

so, i guess i should start this blog out properly! thursday morning i received a package that i've been eagerly awaiting. said package contained a gift to myself that i've been planing for the past year. after a 40 day wait for the company to complete everything, i got a shipping notice and, 3 days later, i held it in my hands.

what did said package contain? what is this mystery gift? my first abjd! ^_^
